Return Policy


Armond Dalton Publishers cannot accept returns in which the shrink-wrapping has been removed. The publisher is unable to reuse potentially damaged electronic media (CDs and diskettes). Further, it is not cost-beneficial for us to manually review the spiral bound pages or data sets to detect damaged or missing pages/items. We will not attempt to repackage or resell the books that have had the shrink-wrapping removed.

Students:


Students believing their CDs are defective, or their spiral bound pages or data sets are incomplete, should contact their Instructor for replacements.


Instructors and Bookstores:


AUTHORIZATION

To return books, advance permission is required and must be submitted in writing prior to the return. Mail your written request to the Armond Dalton Publishers' address provided at the bottom of this page.

Returns are assumed as being returned off your most recent invoice purchase; that invoice must be paid in full before a return will be authorized.


TIME LIMIT FOR RETURN OF BOOKS

Permission to return books will be granted up to six months from the date of invoice. The only exception to this rule is for new editions. In this instance, special return instructions are forwarded to bookstores.


FREIGHT COSTS

Freight costs are to be paid by buyer, unless the return is due to Armond Dalton error.

CONDITION OF BOOKS

Many of our publications are packaged in envelopes and/or shrink-wrapping. These materials are often damaged in handling by bookstores as the result of price sticker placement, stacking on shelves, or when packaged for return to Armond Dalton. Before Armond Dalton Publishers can resell the returned items, the envelopes and shrink-wrapping may need to be replaced due to some combination of the issues mentioned above.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged against credit given for returned items.
