FAQ #1: When I try accessing custom
reports for Waren Sports Supply in Chapter 8, I receive an error
message that the reports dictionary cannot be found?
SOLUTION: The reports dictionary file
(Reports.dic) was not copied from the data DVD to the following
location c:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\Data.

FAQ #2: I have Windows Vista and the program will not load.
SOLUTION: Canadian schools have reported this issue and it can typically be fixed by doing the following: (1) Turn off User Account Controls and (2) Open the Regional and Language Options window in Control Panel, then select English (United States) in the Format tab.

FAQ #3: I cannot access the custom reports for Waren Sports Supply.
SOLUTION: Be sure to copy the reports.dic file to the following location: c:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP-Education\Data. However, some users have reported that they still can't access the custom reports for Waren even after completing this step as written. Those users were able to access the custom reports by copying the reports.dic file into the Table subfolder instead of the Data subfolder.
